Free Shipping Eligibility
- Free shipping applies to physical products that ship via standard UPS Ground
- Minimum qualifying order: $250 (physical products subtotal)
- Must be logged in using a registered customer account
- Guest checkout does not qualify for free shipping
- Freight, oversize, palletized, and special-handling items are excluded
Orders Under $250
- Discounted carrier-calculated shipping rates apply
Oversize & Freight Items
- Some items require oversize or freight shipping due to size, weight, or packaging
- Shipping charges for these items are quoted based on carrier rates
- We will always confirm shipping costs with you before shipment
Additional Shipping Information
- Shipments originate from our Crystal Lake, IL warehouse
- UPS delivers Monday–Friday (excluding some holidays)
- Weather-related UPS delays do not qualify for shipping refunds
- UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations do not qualify for free shipping
