- Create a Return
- Head to the “My Return” page & click the “Start a Return” button.
You can also go to the “My Invoice” page & click the “Start a Return” button on the right of the Sales Order and Invoice that contains the products you need to return.
If you are not sure which invoice contains the item(s) to be returned, you can use the search function at the top of the page. - Select the product(s) you wish to return, enter the quantity, and the reason for the return.
All products that were shipped and billed on the selected corresponding invoice will be displayed. All products that are eligible to be returned will have a check box; click the check box to designate the product(s) you wish to return. - Click the “Submit” button
- Download & Print Shipping Label(s)
- A confirmation screen will confirm receipt of your return request and will include a shipping label to download & print, along with directions to send back your product(s).
- Return Your Item(s)
- Attach the UPS Return label(s) provided to each of your packages and drop off at any UPS store or Access Point within 7 business days.
