Whether your order is large or small, for CPR manikins, AED trainers, or a mid-fidelity advanced life support manikin — they are here to ensure your order gets to you quickly and safely so you can provide effective healthcare training.
Shipping Details & Exceptions:
Please be sure to review your order prior to submitting. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make ANY changes to the order, including adding or removing items, altering the address, or cancelling the order in whole or in part.
- Please allow five to seven business days in transit for the order to reach your country. UPS delivery is Monday–Friday, excluding some holidays. You may receive delivery on Saturday, but that is at the discretion of UPS at time of delivery.
- UPS services are not available to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses and may take additional time if the address needs to be revised or updated to a new location; additionally, it incurs a $35.00 USD fee charged by UPS.
- If an address needs to be revised or updated to a new location, delivery will be delayed and it will incur a $35.00 USD fee charged by UPS.
