At WorldPoint, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and warranty guidelines below.


Returns General Policy

  • Return Authorization:
    WorldPoint reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined below.
  • Reporting Issues:
    Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Return Window:
    All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Product Condition:
    Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, unless otherwise noted below.
  • Restocking Fees:
    A restocking fee of 5% may apply to returned merchandise
    • WorldPoint-branded products may be excluded from restocking fees where noted.
  • Refund Processing:
    Refunds are processed within 5 business days of WorldPoint’s receipt of the returned product and will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Purchases Through Other Suppliers:
    If you did not purchase directly from WorldPoint, please contact your original supplier to initiate the return.
  • Shipping Limitations:
    Prepaid return shipping labels are not available for:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Puerto Rico
    • International returns

Returns for WorldPoint-Branded Products

  • Products may be returned within 30 days if they are:
    • Defective
    • Missing components
    • Returned in saleable, “like-new” condition with minimal signs of use
  • No restocking fee will be applied to eligible WorldPoint-branded product returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.

If you are experiencing a warranty issue or product malfunction, please contact WorldPoint directly so we can assist you promptly.

Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, determine warranty eligibility, and coordinate repair or replacement when applicable. Additional fees may apply.

  • WorldPoint is not responsible for returns that do not comply with this policy.
  • Return approval does not guarantee a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
