Substitute this optional bleeding leg for the right leg of the SMART STAT manikin by simply attaching the blood supply line to the knee. This leg teaches students to assess and care for bleeding amputations.

• Trains students to care for amputations
• Instructor controls bleeding by utilizing the “Venous Blood Flow” on the Pocket PC included with the SMART STAT manikin.
• SMART STAT holds 500 cc of blood for use with this optional bleeding leg.
• Properly applied tourniquet will arrest the bleeding.
